The air is beautiful today
rain is light – my favourite tree is shimmering with glittering droplets
The silence breathed in. The dogs all waggy and full of love, the cats wreathing my legs
Coffee for me and food for everyone who clamours.

A candle at my altar, four candles, one for each direction, sage and incense,
Blessed be – a quiet moment of eternity

My day unfolds, unravels, becomes whatever the day is meant to be

My blogs, my research and furious writing, a length of utterly deep time – when I am elsewhere, other than here. At some moment I surface.

We all go to the forest – where the trees beckon, glowing in the sun, damp from whispering rain

they are all so beautiful –
I love the forest
I love the trees

The dogs swim and jump in the mud, the world is full of laughter.

The sports centre is cool and our trainer grins – and hour of torture awaits – I will never stop training, I am still strong, a lifetime of martial arts and yoga – I stand on my head – because I still can, my asanas stretch me.
The whole seniors training group laughs and sweats –
we are all still alive –
thank you, thank you, thank you.

Shop for dinner, market and food, foraging – it is blueberry picking, the earth gives. See, see how she gives?
The season is summer.
I frown at a half remembered dream as I eat juicy sweetness.
I know my dreams well – do you?
Housekeeping – gardening – a spot of TV, quips and wit with my clever husband.

Excellent food!

I love my life
I grin as I sit down to my evening meditations and my late night surfing and writing
a good book awaits before sleep and dreams.
we had a good day.

I smile

And my heart opens, right here, right now as I sit at the keyboard and know that I love my life.
Light is everywhere –
in this enchanted realm – this magical place – where we play any part we like!
